Who We Work With
We work with driven female financial professionals who are committed to helping people and making a bigger impact. They have no problem working hard, but are sick of using unpredictable prospecting and acquisition strategies that aren’t aligned with their values. Our mission is to increase the footprint of women in the financial industry from 24% to 50%, so it’s no longer male-dominated. We advocate for these women to be seen, heard, and given a voice. With more females in financial services, more women overall will get the help they need with their money so they can create wealth and feel more empowered. This will help break the generational pattern of women not understanding money and prevent them from getting taken advantage of. It will also have a ripple effect on their children and future generations. Our vision is for women to be seen as a partner or the lead decision maker in finances, and we believe more support from more women in the industry will get them there. Together, we will help empower women with their money and contribute more to the world.
